The part of the facade covered with Baumit is self-cleaning and resistant to pollution. The mineral plaster is highly vapour-permeable and protects the surface from dirt.

The finishing of walls and ceilings in the common areas and apartments is with lime plaster Baumit KlimaWhite.
The final coating is Baumit KlimaColor — a vapour-permeable silicate paint, almost odourless, solvent and preservative free. Unlike cement-based plasters, it does not damage the indoor microclimate. Lime acts as a natural disinfectant and prevents mould growth.
The floor screed contains additives for improved heat conductivity and durability, adapted for underfloor heating.
