Heating is provided by a heat pump, with a built-in floor installation and installed collector panels. Preparations have been made for future installation of a solar boiler/panel.

The distribution of the premises in the properties is as follows:
Upon entering the house, you find yourself in a spacious entrance hall, which flows into a corridor leading to the main rooms on the ground floor. On the right is a WC, and on the left - a functional closet. Continuing forward, you reach the technical room, in which the elements of the heating system are located - the heat pump and the boiler. Leaving the corridor, the space opens to a bright and spacious living area, combining a living room, dining room and kitchen in an open plan. The living room has large windows, offering plenty of natural light and a connection to the yard. The dining room, located centrally, is suitable for a large table for family gatherings. Next are Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, mirrored in size and location, each with its own wardrobe and private bathroom.

Between the two bedrooms is a balcony, also accessible from the hallway, which offers a wonderful view of the yard or the surrounding landscape.

For the Delta Hi l complex
The gated complex is located about 20 minutes by car from Sofia. The distance to the top center of the capital (the Presidency) is 25 km. The location of the complex is extremely convenient, namely it is located on the southern side of the Vitosha mountain, which guarantees maximum sunshine throughout the year.
The Delta Hill complex is easily reached on the road from Sofia to Pernik and Kulata, by turning left at the village of Dragichevo, on the road to the village of Rudartsi. The complex is located at an altitude of 950 meters, and its area is over 400 acres and consists of over 200 finished and habitable houses. About 20 new ones are under construction.
The complex offers its residents all modern amenities. Residents have access to a supermarket, shops, a kindergarten, offices, sports fields, a luxury restaurant, a bar, a car wash, and a car service.
The settlement relies on 24-hour security and maintenance for the entire complex, and its own infrastructure - an underground power distribution network, a water treatment plant, sewage and optical cabling for the internet.
"Delta Hill has a unique location, providing a combination of proximity to the capital (only 14 km from the entrance to Sofia), a wonderful panorama, a healthy climate and everyday living amenities.
