Project description

•SMART technologies: Full wiring for controlling lighting, heating, air conditioning, blinds and security systems.
•Elevator: Luxury ORONA passenger elevator with access to the underground garages.
•Garages and security: Automated garage doors, video surveillance and connectivity to a 24-hour security center.
