Official start of construction of the new boutique building Lake It in Pancharevo

On August 6, the official start was given to the construction of Lake It - a boutique building located near Pancharevo Lake, which combines sophisticated architecture with the natural beauty of nature.
The project was inaugurated with a solemn ceremony and water blessing, symbolizing a confident beginning.
The architectural concept is the work of architect Krum Sergeev and Studio CREATIVE, with investor LUXBUILD and general contractor VIBUILD - a proven successful team with high professional standards.

Lake It is located in one of the greenest and most picturesque areas of Sofia - Pancharevo district. Situated near Pancharevo Lake, the kayaking area and the Open Air Opera stage, the location combines a natural idyll with convenient urban access.
