eng. Stoyan Peychinov

Eng. Peychinov professional career began in 2010, following his graduation from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG). Immediately after completing his studies, he joined Glavbolgarstroy, where he participated in the delivery of some of the largest and most significant construction projects in Sofia.

This hands-on experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate development process—from the initial concept and design stage through construction and the successful completion of each project.

In 2016, driven by his ambition to complement his engineering background with investment expertise, he completed a specialised programme in Real Estate Investment. This enabled him to combine his technical knowledge with a deep understanding of market dynamics and investment planning.

Since 2019, his professional career has been fully dedicated to the real estate sector. He specialises in projects under construction, where his engineering expertise provides a significant advantage in evaluating investment potential, analysing technical parameters, and assessing the long-term prospects of each development.

Since 2024, his primary focus has been on development land and investment sites. He works closely with landowners, developers, and investors, providing expert guidance in the analysis, acquisition, and development of land for future projects. By combining an engineering mindset with an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, he helps clients identify opportunities with strong long-term potential.

At the core of his professional philosophy is the belief that a successful investment begins long before a property is acquired. A well-defined strategy, thorough analysis of planning regulations, market conditions, and development opportunities are the key factors that determine the true value of any investment project.
