Yana Garchanova

Yana Garchanova joined the LUXIMMO team in 2025 as a real estate consultant. Drawing on her experience in digital marketing, advertising, and client relations, she combines excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a personalized approach to every transaction.

She graduated from Asen Zlatarov Tourism High School in Varna and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the University of Economics – Varna. She subsequently completed a Master's degree in Advertising Management and Visual Branding. Her academic background combines expertise in technology, marketing, and business, providing a solid foundation for her work with clients and the presentation of premium real estate properties.

Yana is fluent in both English and Russian, and also has basic knowledge of French, enabling her to communicate confidently with both Bulgarian and international clients.

Her professional career spans digital marketing, media planning, and client project management. She has worked as a digital marketing specialist, developing and managing advertising campaigns focused on increasing online visibility and attracting new clients. She also gained valuable experience as a media planner at an advertising agency, where she coordinated multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborated with corporate clients. Later, she expanded her expertise by managing an apartment complex, overseeing daily operations, coordinating staff, and maintaining excellent communication with guests and business partners.

As a real estate consultant at LUXIMMO, Yana assists clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and investment properties. She approaches every transaction individually, striving to build trust, understand each client's specific needs, and provide solutions tailored to their goals and expectations.

Among Yana's greatest strengths are her communication skills, ability to build long-term client relationships, effective negotiation skills, and excellent organization. She pays close attention to every detail and believes that honesty, transparency, and delivering on commitments are the foundation of every successful partnership. For her, the greatest professional achievement is earning the trust of satisfied clients who return and confidently recommend her services.

In her free time, Yana enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time in nature, whether in the mountains or by the sea. She loves travelling, values the time she spends with her family, and maintains an active lifestyle through fitness training and snowboarding during the winter season.
