Project description
Construction of "Belvedere 2" has started! Expected completion – 01.2027.

We present comfortable new turnkey homes for sale in a new building within the popular Belvedere Holiday Club complex in Bansko.

The newly built and already fully operational "Belvedere Holiday Club" is an exceptional high-class holiday complex and one of the best mountain destinations for recreation in Bulgaria. The complex is gated, consisting of functional apartments and complemented by excellent amenities and facilities for relaxation and entertainment. It is located in the new modern area of Bansko, only about 400 m from the gondola lift and in close proximity to the new shopping centre Mall of Bansko.

• 20% upon reaching the floor level where the apartment is located;
• 20% upon Act 14;
• 30% upon Act 15;
• 10% upon Act 16.

The first phase of the complex is fully completed, successfully operating and has a usage permit (Act 16) since 2008. It consists of three apartment blocks.
