Project description

Concept and amenities

The electrical installation has been developed as an independent one for each of the buildings in order to make operation easier. The connection of the building to the electrical network is carried out by a newly built substation.

The building facilities high-tech, comfortable and quiet electric passenger elevators, designed without a machine room. They are equipped with a gearless drive with an efficiency of 90%, as well as a permanent magnet synchronous motor with VF closed-loop regulation, guaranteeing reliability, energy efficiency and smooth movement.

Heating in the apartments is provided by installations with gas wall boilers and underfloor heating with coils and lira radiators for the sanitary premises. Cooling during the summer periods will be carried out by inverter air conditioning units for direct evaporation. On the higher floors of Building B, heating and cooling will be by an installation consisting of a heat pump unit, underfloor heating and fan convectors for wall mounting.
