Project description
We present a new residential building of apartments under the Military Hospital in the "Bratya Miladinovi" quarter of the city of Burgas. Excellent location close to the sea, the center, as well as to most of the large shopping chains and complexes. In close proximity to a kindergarten, a school, several vocational high schools, and also the BSU.

The building is under construction, with a planned completion date of September 2025.

It consists of two entrances, a basement, a ground floor, and 7 floors. In the basement, there are parking spaces and warehouses, and on the ground floor, there is a shop, garages, and warehouses. On the remaining 7 floors, it offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with different sizes and prices.

The properties are handed over in the degree of completion according to BSS:

Standard payment scheme:

deposit - 2000 Euro;
first installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deducting the deposit up to 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
second installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 5 months after the first installment;
third installment – 30% of the value of the preliminary contract up to 5 months after the second installment;
fourth installment – 10% of the value of the preliminary contract upon signing the notarial deed.

The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed according to the client, as well as being adapted to the updating of the building.
