Petya Eftimova

Petya Eftimova returned to the LUXIMMO team in April 2018 in the position of Financial Director. Her entire professional path is closely related to real estate.

She finished her secondary education at the Science and Math High School Akademik Ivan Gyuzelev, Gabrovo, and continued her higher education at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski majoring in Business Administration. She speaks English at an excellent level.

She started working in the field of real estate in 2003 as a broker in the city of Varna. After a few years, she worked as Offplan Department Manager, then Chief Operations Officer. Managed a team of 5 professionals with whom they realized a huge number of sales of new build properties.

After several years of maternity leave, Petya is once again part of the LUXIMMO team, holding the position of Executive Director. In her work, she values responsibility and organization. Her strengths are communication with clients and investors, as well as impeccable coordination of multiple operations and sales.

The professional principle she upholds is correctness towards the client in order to build long-term relationships and trust.

Petya devotes her free time to her family and her two children. She is interested in healthy eating and various social initiatives, in which she tries to participate often - charity bazaars, workshops with children and parents, etc.
