Zahari Tsvetkov joined the LUXIMMO team in February 2025. He brings extensive professional experience in the banking and finance sector, which he successfully applies in his work as a real estate consultant.

He graduated from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Svishtov with a degree in Finance and later earned a Master's degree in Banking. His solid financial background and in-depth knowledge of lending, banking services, and investments enable him to provide expert guidance throughout real estate transactions.

Zahari has a good command of both English and Russian.

His professional career has been built in the banking sector, where he held a variety of expert and managerial positions over the years, including Credit Consultant, Expert, Senior Expert, and Head of Department. His extensive experience in finance and management has helped him develop strong analytical thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify the most suitable solutions tailored to each client's individual needs.

He advises his clients throughout every stage of the transaction—from the initial market analysis and property selection to negotiating the terms and successfully completing the deal. His primary goal is to provide solutions that best meet each client's needs, budget, and long-term objectives.
