Project description
We present a two-story turnkey house in a traditional Bulgarian style, in a large-scale new complex in Sveti Vlas, located among the greenery of the forested area of Kasada.

The first stage of the construction of the eco-complex started in early 2020. The architectural image of the houses can be attributed to the Revival architecture. The materials and vision characteristic of this style with bay windows and protruding eaves on the roof are evident. The first level of the building is finished with stone cladding. The second floor has white mineral plaster and board cladding. The characteristic edging of the corners, walls and window frames with slats and wood is also present. The roof is pitched with a wooden structure and decorative elements.
