The nearest supermarket "Mercury" is 600 meters away. But the biggest plus of the complex is its location next to the beach, the distance to the sea is only 30 meters.

The distance to Burgas Airport - 33 km, to Varna Airport - 102 km.

About the resort

Sveti Vlas is located at the foot of the southern slopes of Stara Planina and at the same time on the coast of the Black Sea, which makes it a nice and peaceful place to live. The climate is particularly favorable for the treatment of lung diseases, due to the combination of sea and mountain. The only marine sanatorium in Bulgaria is located 1 km from Saint Vlas.

The beach of the resort is fine and golden, facing south, about 1.5 kilometers long. Autumn here is long and warm, and winter is short, at least 1600 hours of sunshine.

Sveti Vlas is a small resort-type town in southeastern Bulgaria, immediately 5 km from Sunny Beach and 10 km from Nessebar. In the neighborhood are the villa village of Elenite (4 km), as well as the Kamchia reserve and Cape Emine. Sofia is located 420 km from Sveti Vlas, Plovdiv is about 302 km, Varna is about 91 km, and Burgas is 40 km away.
