Technical characteristics:

• The construction of the buildings is monolithic, with reinforced concrete load-bearing elements – slabs, columns, beams and washers, with brick facade and partition walls;
• The roofs of the buildings are flat, with minimal slopes for drainage;
• The project envisages that the facades will be finished with stone cladding on the ground floor and mineral plaster on the first floor. For all claddings, architectural details will be implemented and technological details and schemes of the specific contractor and manufacturer will be developed;
• The joinery is made of aluminum profiles and low-emission glazing;
• For the heating and cooling of the premises, ceiling convectors on the ground floor and wall convectors on the first floor, powered by a heat pump, are planned;
• All wet rooms are provided with heaters powered by the heat pump;
• All premises on the ground and first floors have natural ventilation, and additional forced ventilation is provided for the sanitary premises - axial fans, discharging air onto the roof;
• All installations comply with the requirements of the Bulgarian Civil Code.
