Progress in the construction of Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina II for August 2026 LUXIMMO

In the height of summer, we are tracking the progress of the construction of  Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina 2  – a modern residential project that is gradually taking its final shape in one of the actively developing districts of Sofia.

The building has received Act 14, with completion planned for the end of 2026.

The project is the work of the established construction-investment company  TASKOV & STOYANOV, behind which stand dozens of completed residential projects and hundreds of delivered homes. The execution of the construction works has been entrusted to  Elite Building Company, and the work on site continues with visible progress on the key stages of the building.

Located on 4 floors, the building features a ground floor offering apartments with green yards, and the top floor offers penthouses with panoramic terraces.

Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina 2 has a total of 40 apartments, 41 underground parking spaces, and 10 above-ground (outdoor) parking spaces. Currently, a limited number of two-room and three-room apartments with functional layouts are available.

The construction is progressing according to the pre-planned and approved linear schedules.

Last month, the following construction and installation works were completed:

• The building now holds a certificate under Article 181 of the Spatial Development Act;

• The wooden cladding of the canopy has been completed;

• The north and south facades have been finished with plaster, and the scaffolding in this part has been dismantled;

• Work on the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC installations on the residential floors has been completed, and work has started in the basement;

• The terraces have been finished with granite tiles;

• The gypsum plaster on the first residential floor has been completed;

• The screed on the second and third residential floors has been executed.

Next month, the following are planned to be completed:

• Gypsum plaster on the fourth residential floor and the staircase;

• Installation of the canopy and finishing of the double floor on the terraces located on the top floor;

• Work on the common areas will start with the installation of granite;

• Elevators will be delivered and installed;

• The scaffolding will be dismantled;

• Railings on the terraces will be installed.
