Project description
We present apartments in a new residential building in an area with rich greenery - Gardova Glava city, Boyana quarter. The location, at the foot of Vitosha, provides both a peaceful residential environment near the mountain and quick access to the city center via the Ring Road.

Start of construction in August 2023. Expected completion - August 2025.

The building has 4 residential floors with a total of 16 apartments and an underground level with garages. Two-room, three-room and four-room apartments are available, which are offered in the degree of completion according to BDS. The architectural vision is modern, with a facade layout, a combination of polymer plaster and natural stone.
