We are happy owners of two studios in Byala. And just three months ago, we didn't even have the idea that we wanted to have our own place by the sea. A coincidence made us go to Pomorie one weekend and check in the evening what was behind an ad in Byala. With the clear understanding that no one would show us anything on Sunday without a prior appointment, I still called the broker. Despite the late hour – Saturday evening, Katya Ivanova very kindly said she would wait for us the next day, whenever we came, even though her plans for the day off were completely different.
