Our partnership began with a view to buying a home on the green. We viewed over 4 locations with upcoming projects as per my requirements. Juliana agreed to the viewings on the weekend, as I did not have the opportunity for such on weekdays. A few months later, I changed my investment strategy and needed an apartment in the center of Sofia, for the purpose of renovation and short-term rental.
