I also used the services for the purchase of a vacation home in the city of Bansko. After providing the important parameters for me, Eva organized several viewings that met my requirements. Hello, I am writing for feedback regarding our work with realtor Svetla Stoykova for the purchase of a home at Otets Paisii 79. The deal dragged on a lot because the builder didn't have a building permit for 18 months. During that time, we kept in touch with Svetla, concluded several annexes and finally reached the signing of a contract. From now on, in short - if it wasn't for Svetla to navigate our relationship with the builder past the deal, the ambiguities, his demands, there wouldn't have been a deal. Separately, she had a personal touch, since I have a small child and was pregnant most of the time, she came to the place at a convenient time for me to bring the annexes for me to sign. This is the first time I have come across a broker that I am really satisfied with. Unfortunately, in this industry, the negative impressions are more than the positive, since all kinds of people work in this profession, which is not for everyone. Svetla, unlike the majority, was kind, responsive, mega diplomatic, and I felt that she was my person and protected my interest. Although the commission for this deal was from the builder, she presented me with positives, negatives and risks at every point.
