Hello, I, Todor Dimitrov Vasilev and my wife Sofka Grozdeva Grigorova, would like to share with you the pleasure we experienced from our joint work with Juliana Dimitrova. Our joint work started in 2017. with the purchase of a home at Lyulin 10. It is an understatement to say that we felt real pleasure from what she did for us. I actually say collaborative work, which isn't quite the case because everything was done by her, we just had to follow her directions. Everything, really everything, was perfected. What she did for us told us that it would be good to work only with her. Confirmation of this is that we resorted to her services again when buying a new property, again in Lyulin 8. Again, all actions on her part were carried out on the successful completion of the transaction without any problems at all. I can't tell you what a pleasure it is to share any small detail and see her immediate reaction and speed, with which things are resolved as if by themselves. In both cases, every communication between us and the investors went through her, and I don't know how, but she was able to solve all our problems with ease. I think it is quite unnecessary to mention the reason that brought us again to her about renting out the apartments. It would simply be a crime to switch to another broker. Therefore, I would like to conclude by saying that we would not for the world consider working with another broker in the future. There is no such dilemma for us. Two of our co-operators had properties for rent and became interested in how our homes were rented in a negative time.
