We are the happy owners of two studios in Byala. And only 3 months ago, we didn't even have an idea that we wanted to have our own place on the sea. Coincidence made us one weekend to go to Pomorie and in the evening to check what was behind an advertisement in Byala. Knowing clearly that there was no one to show us anything on Sunday without an appointment, I called the realtor anyway. Despite the late hour - on Saturday evening, Katya Ivanova very kindly stated that she would wait for us the next day, whenever we went, although her plans for the day off were completely different. With a smile and great patience, she showed us everything around, although we ourselves did not believe that we wanted to buy. So we fell in love with the place and the people and decided to buy the two studios next to the harbor. And until the end of the deal itself, we tested Kateto's patience several more times, as we already called her. We rely on her help even now, long after the deal. From the distance of time and after our great emotion has passed, we realize that if we had not met such a friendly person as Kateto, we would hardly have our place now, which spring and the beginning of summer made even more beautiful.
