I accidentally came across this company while looking at apartment options in Bansko.
I liked one apartment, but since I had no experience with buying in Bulgaria, I naturally had big doubts, but after contacting the agent Paolina Zhelyazkova, I calmed down a bit, bought the apartment almost online, without a prior viewing, as there was no time for that.
Paolina provided all the information, after transferring the guarantee deposit of 2000 €, the documentation process began, we set a date for registering the deal with notary Snezana Kolevichin (a whole novel could be written about Snezana separately, a very pleasant woman and an excellent notary).
