I used the agency, specifically Magdalena as my agent, to purchase a condo in Bansko during Sept/Oct 2024 timeframe. I am extremely pleased with the entire process and Magdalena's continuous communication between me and the previous owner to ensure smooth transaction (since the previous owner does not reside in Bulgaria, which makes it more complicated). This is my first purchase in Bulgaria in a very long time and it's comforting having an agent who keeps communications channel open and educates throughout the process. The transaction went smoothly and I am extremely happy to be a new owner in Bansko.
