We first came into contact with Mrs Yancheva when we contacted her by phone from the UK about buying an apartment in Sofia. She was very professional during the discussions and thoroughly explained details of how to proceed and her role in the process of securing the apartment. We could trust her completely and went ahead with the proposal. At first we had no idea where the apartment was, but she made it easy by sending us videos and explaining how to get there, including the surroundings. After we landed to look at the apartment, Mrs. Yancheva offered to pick us up from our accommodation and take us there personally.
