You yourself are a respected expert in the field of property and construction and have almost 30 years of experience in the business. As an active participant in these processes and from the position of your many years of experience, what conclusions did you reach and for what purpose did you decide to create the new brand? Stonehard PREMIER exactly in 2025?
PREMIER is the new division of our specialized agency brand Stonehard, established in 2016 with the aim of working primarily in the new construction segment. For almost 10 years on the market, Stonehard has become the Bulgarian leader in the marketing and sales of residential and holiday properties in buildings and complexes under construction or newly built. Through the local offices and representative offices of our corporate group LUXIMMO GROUP , covering the capital Sofia (5 offices), major regional cities and resorts throughout the country, Stonehard is permanently present with sales and services for its clients in all major points of Bulgaria.
In addition, we have developed the company beyond the borders of our country, and since its very foundation we have been offering new construction properties abroad - mainly in Greece , Dubai (UAE) , Miami ( USA ), Cyprus , Montenegro , Dominican Republic , and every year we are constantly adding new countries. The company has managed to realize a significant number of "green" sales during these years and has helped thousands of clients to select and purchase the right new construction property for them. A great contribution to the rapid sales of new construction properties was also made by the particularly dynamic and enthusiastic market, with constantly increasing prices of residential properties, which we have witnessed over the last decade.

What are the main criteria and requirements for a project to be included in the Stonehard PREMIER Catalog?
We conduct a thorough analysis of the project and its contractor (construction contractor). Based on the results of the analysis, our experts give an overall rating (assessment) of the project. If the rating is high enough, the project could be included in our Catalog and accordingly be presented and recommended to LUXIMMO GROUP clients in the country and around the world.
The main criteria for a project to receive a high score are summarized as follows:
• High reputation and experience of the construction contractor or the contractor companies attracted by him;
• Proven expertise of the design team;
• Well-thought-out and planned concept of the building/complex;

In addition to buyers of new construction properties, we also work quite actively with the construction entrepreneurs themselves. Depending on their needs and desires to use our extensive market experience, we can provide a full range of valuable professional services, leading to optimization of the project and successful implementation with maximum profitability. Among these, I would mention the development of a concept for the design and implementation of the project, including marketing, advertising, branding and a comprehensive communication strategy. Last but not least, I would also mention the development of a concept for the management and maintenance of the finished building.
How much do your services cost to clients, including home buyers and construction developers themselves?
Currently, our services are completely free for new construction property buyers. Stonehard PREMIER only receives a fee from construction developers for including their approved projects in the company's Catalog. The fee is formed as a percentage of the sales price of the housing units in the project, and the percentage itself varies depending on the volume and extent of professional services provided to the construction company by Stonehard PREMIER.
