Official start of construction of L’Avenue Premium Residences in the district "Dragalevtsi".

On February 3, 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony and festive water blessing of the newest gated residential complex L’Avenue Premium Residences by Taskov&Stoyanov took place, located in the most prestigious area of the "Dragalevtsi" district, Sofia.
