SYNERGA FAMILY PARK DAY

On October 18, the official opening of the new residential project in the heart of the Mladost district - SYNERGA PREMIUM COMPLEX , organized by LUXIMMO , took place. The building is positioned a few steps from the Alexander Malinov metro station and very close to a green park, promising a balance between the conveniences of the city and the tranquility of nature - a key idea in the concept of the project.

The official part of the event brought together Nikola Stoyanov (founder of LUXIMMO GROUP ), Nevena Stoyanova (Managing Director), Gergana Tsankova (Sales Director) and Yulita Garbeva (Director of the Vishneva office), who welcomed the guests and presented the vision behind the complex. Its creators - arch. Plamen Miryanov, arch. Victoria Yoncheva, eng. Nikolay Galchev, Radka Galcheva and Sonya Georgieva - were also present on site. The event was attended by numerous clients and future owners of the building, as well as colleagues from the corporate group.

The event was filled with emotions, thanks to the special participation of singer Desi Dobreva , who lit up the stage with her unique energy and voice. Among the guests was the beloved writer Katya Antonova , who charmed young and old with an inspiring story.

In the spirit of SYNERGA FAMILY PARK DAY, we provided an unforgettable experience for the youngest guests - with a special children's corner, inspired by Katya Antonova's series "The Sugar Plum Fairy", filled with games and entertainment. The cozy and warm atmosphere was a credit to the entire team of Angelo's restaurant.

Two raffles with prizes were also organized, which delighted the guests and added more moments of joy and excitement.
