Progress in the construction of Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina II for the month of September 2026.

The construction of Comfort Residence – Malinova dolina 2 continues with visible progress, and the removal of the scaffolding now reveals the appearance of the building. The new residential project is being realized by the construction-investment company TASKOV & STOYANOV, and the construction works are carried out by Elite Building Company.

Currently, final finishing works are being carried out on the building, with completion planned for the end of 2026.

Comfort Residence – Malinova dolina 2 has four floors and includes a ground floor offering apartments with green yards, while the top floor offers penthouses with panoramic terraces.

At the moment, a limited number of two-room and three-room apartments with functional layouts are available on the market.

Construction is progressing according to the pre-planned and approved linear schedules.

Last month, the following construction and installation works were completed:

• The metal cladding of the canopy was completed;

• Granite tiles were installed on the terraces;

• Gypsum plastering on the fourth residential floor and staircase was completed;

• Measurements for the entrance doors were taken;

• The scaffolding was dismantled.

Next month, the following works are planned:

• Entrance doors will be installed;

• Elevators will be mounted;

• Polished concrete will be laid in the underground garages;

• Work on granite in the common areas will be completed;

• Work on vertical landscaping will begin;

• Installation of the external railing on the terraces will be completed.
