I would like to share feedback on the work of Gergana Tsankova in her role as an intermediary in the purchase of a house with a yard in the Vrana-Lozen-Triagalnika area. From our very first phone contact, Gergana was responsive and ready to answer all my questions. Despite the busy schedule typical for her profession, she fully accommodated our available time for a total of three viewings. Gergana provided timely information throughout the entire cooperation period, from the first call to the closing. Although initially she was a broker on the seller's side, she showed no bias during the negotiations.
