Hello, I am writing to provide feedback regarding our work with broker Svetla Stoykova for purchasing a property at Otec Paisiy 79. The deal was delayed a lot because the builder did not have a construction permit for 18 months. During this time, we kept in touch with Svetla, signed several annexes, and finally reached the contract signing. In short – if it weren’t for Svetla navigating our relations with the builder around the deal, the uncertainties, and his demands, the deal would not have happened. Additionally, there was a personal approach, as I have a small child and was pregnant most of the time; she came to the site at a time convenient for me to bring me the annexes to sign. For the first time, I have encountered a broker I am truly satisfied with. Unfortunately, in this industry, negative impressions outweigh the positive ones, as all kinds of people work in this profession, which is not for everyone. Svetla, unlike most, was kind, responsive, extremely diplomatic, and I felt she was my person and defended my interest. Although the commission for this deal was from the builder, she always presented both the positives, negatives, and risks to me.
