L’Avenue Premium Residences – construction progress in October and upcoming start of sales

The construction of L’Avenue Premium Residences, located in the capital’s Dragalevtsi district, is progressing according to the planned schedules. Since the groundbreaking in February 2026, the two underground levels of the complex have been completed, and construction activities continue with the execution of the reinforced concrete structures of the two buildings.

The expected completion date of the project is early 2029.

By the end of October, construction activities continue in both buildings, each at a different stage of structural work.

Building “β” (Beta)

• The construction of the above-ground reinforced concrete structure continues;

• The concrete pouring of structural elements at level ±0.00 m and level +3.00 m has been completed;

• Currently, work is focused on the execution of vertical reinforced concrete elements to reach the next design level – level +6.00 m.

Building “α” (Alpha)

• In the eastern zone, the construction of the basement walls continues, with the main focus on the execution of the underground reinforced concrete structure.

• In the western zone, construction has reached level +3.10 m, and structural activities continue according to the planned construction organization.

Next month, work is planned to continue on the execution of reinforced concrete structures in both buildings as follows:

• Continuing the execution of vertical structural elements of building “β” (Beta) up to level +6.00 m;

• Continuing the construction of basement walls in the eastern zone of building “α” (Alpha);

• Continuing structural work in the western zone of building “α” (Alpha).

Start of sales and reservations – November 1, 2026.

From November 1, 2026, the official start of sales at L’Avenue Premium Residences begins. All interested clients will have the opportunity to choose their future home among the offered apartments and parking spaces in the complex.

Pre-registration provides a one-week advantage in choosing a property before the apartments are offered on the open market. During this period, you will have the opportunity to:

After the one-week period, information about current availability and prices will be officially published, and the option to reserve and purchase will be available to all interested clients.
