Progress in the construction of Comfort Residence – Malinova dolina II for June 2026

The construction of Comfort Residence – Malinova dolina II continues to progress rapidly.

Located in one of the most promising districts of Sofia – „Malinova dolina“, the building offers a balance between a peaceful residential environment and easy access to key urban amenities. Nearby are the National Sports Academy, universities, commercial establishments, restaurants, and various services. The architectural concept and execution are entrusted to some of the most established companies in the industry, ensuring quality and attention to every detail. Built to the highest modern standards and with an energy class A planned, the building combines aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. The project completion is scheduled by the end of 2026.

Last month, we managed to complete the following construction and installation works:
• The installation of the external window frames of the building has been completed.
• Scaffolding has been mounted around the entire building.
• Work is underway on the external thermal insulation of the building.
• Plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installations on the second and third residential floors have been completed.
• The application of gypsum plaster on the first residential floor has begun.

Next month, the following activities are planned:
• Laying screeds on the second and third residential floors.
• Completion of the gypsum plaster on the first residential floor and starting work on the fourth floor.
• Beginning the construction of the canopy structure.
• Starting work on the facade of the top floor.
