The silhouette is memorable, and its façade—designed by renowned architect Manuel Clavel—combines modern and timeless materials. The exterior walls are finished with a monolithic coating that preserves color over time while acting as an insulating and waterproofing layer protecting the interiors from moisture and leaks. LED lighting, paired with clean exterior surfaces and aluminum profiles, plays a key role in the overall design, making this project one of a kind in Santo Domingo.

The structure consists of a reinforced concrete frame with lightweight concrete slabs incorporating expanded polystyrene blocks. The construction process and each structural element will be inspected by the Ministry of Housing and Buildings (MIVED) of the Dominican Republic, ensuring not only the quality of the materials but also strict compliance with approved architectural plans.
