- The process of analyzing and selecting new valuable projects and solid entrepreneurs is carried out together with my professional team of lawyers, financiers, engineers and traders. My many years of work experience in the agency business combined with more than 20 years in the construction industry, as well as my active participation in various forms in about 100 building and complex projects, give me the necessary knowledge and expertise in this field. From there, our important connections, contacts and acquaintances with high-ranking positions in various fields of construction and real estate, as well as in parallel industries - architects and designers, construction supervision, specialized firms, arise.

When choosing new projects and customers, we usually carry out a detailed analysis of the business of the company developing the project. We carefully follow its corporate history, interview the owners and shareholders, learn about previously completed projects, review financial statements for the last few years, and analyze opinions and feedback from clients who have already worked with the company in question. After familiarizing yourself with the entire project, its location, a review of the site documentation and construction books, the main characteristics of the building and the overall concept that the entrepreneur has developed. Subsequently, we analyze in detail the individual technical parts of the project, the materials, equipment and technologies that the builder plans to invest.
